AI Chat Bots

Hey all, So during a stream, I noticed I got a chatter on my stream and after I started engaging with them, a bunch of these other "chatters" showed up saying "hi" initially and immediately asking if I was there in a separate message. I'm assuming these are chat bots, right? Maybe ones that use AI, Idk, But the fact that replying to one kinda opened a weird flood gate to more spooks me. I also think they're bots cause the accounts were all created within the last week or so.

Are these bots and is there a way to get rid of them all at once or do I just have to deal with it when they show up?
