Promo pricing-what’s the secret?

With Ford recently offering their 0% financing promo & me just discovering something I’m very interested in I did a few searches. I found a dealership just 2 hours from me offering the exact same thing as my local dealer (compared window stickers :exact match) but advertising it for almost 10% less. Both show on their sites the same line item national discounts to get to the same final prices BUT the non-local one shows an even lower price in the graphic for the vehicle on the site. I emailed & 2 different reps responded nicely to contact them. One even went further to give me more specs on the vehicle but when I asked a 2nd time how they get to this much lower price he only responds to give him a call. Seriously I just want to know if I can legitimately get that price…what makes up that discount. Since the price shows publicly on their site, everyone can see it. I’m just double checking before I waste anymore of my time or theirs. Why won’t they email a short explanation if the price is legit?
