Resident evil game idea

Fan labor/Art/Cosplay

Hey everyone!
I want to share an idea for a Resident Evil game that mixes classic survival horror with a fresh story and a stealthy second quest.

The main game

You play as a special agent sent to rescue Leon, who’s trapped in a secret facility.
The virus you face isn’t just any virus — it’s a mutation born from the original virus interacting with an antidote based on Leon himself.
This mutated virus gains strength and intelligence inspired by Leon.
The final boss, Patient Alpha (α), has very low HP but “studies” you — it learns your playstyle by watching through other bosses and uses that info to predict your moves.
At the end, it infects you with a special tentacle attack, and you find out the Leon you thought you saved is actually an incomplete clone created by Patient Alpha to stop you.

The second quest

Now you take control of Leon himself, finally free but trapped in a hostile environment.
This part focuses on stealth and survival: you sneak around, avoid enemies, lower suspicion, and use the environment to your advantage.
The map is semi-open, with areas to explore and secrets to uncover.
The final boss here is an evolved version of Patient Alpha, more powerful and dangerous, and there’s a mid-boss that’s a corrupted or infected version of the protagonist.
Along the way, you find files and notes revealing Umbrella’s secrets, the virus, and what really happened to Leon.

Why I like this idea

Because it offers a deep, engaging story with a boss that actually learns and adapts, plus a second quest letting you experience the story from Leon’s perspective in a more personal, immersive way.
It blends tension, action, and stealth to add variety to the classic Resident Evil formula.

What do you think? Would you play a Resident Evil game like this?
