My experience: I bought tickets through Viagogo and everything went fine.
I'm making this post because I had previously posted about some doubts I had regarding my Viagogo tickets, and I also saw a lot of other people with the same fears and questions.
I bought tickets for the Oasis show on July 16th (yesterday). Two days before the concert, I received an email saying the seller had transferred the tickets to me. I couldn’t see the tickets on Ticketmaster or Gigs and Tours — I could only see them in the See Tickets Wallet. In other words, the tickets were just shared with me (not transferred).
My main concern was that the seller could cancel the tickets at the last minute, or that they might have shared them with someone else too (but people in the Reddit comments told me that was nearly impossible), so I relaxed a bit. I still went to the concert very early just to be safe, but luckily I had no issues getting in.
Also, around noon on the day of the concert, just a few hours before the show, I got an email from Viagogo saying that the tickets had been transferred (I guess that was their way of saying "our job is done"), even though the tickets were still only available through the shared link.
Satisfaction with Viagogo: 4 stars.
I’m not giving it 5 stars because it made me really nervous and afraid I wouldn’t be able to get into the concert.
