EU After Brexit

I have an Italian passport and moved to the UK in 2024. Despite having EU citizenship, I applied for a spouse visa based on my husband’s visa, as he is doing a PhD here.

I recently saw that the rules have changed. Is there any chance I could switch my current visa based on my European passport?
