What's the ideal target for MRICS?

Hi All!

I'll be starting as a QS grad this autumn, and I wanted to know what the general target is for MRICS?

Of course, I know this is something that we should definitely work towards, but what wpuld be the ideal timeline for a grad like me? Would me becoming chartered at the end of my grad role (say 3-4 years) suffice? Or would I need a lot more experience and time than I think it needs?

Just trying to get a sense of what my progression would look like! Thank you all so much in advance!
