Help: netflix app error code 10013 on IPHONE AND IPAD

I tried downloading an episode of my show on vacation (im outside of my continent now) but i keep getting an error code 10013. On the website it says its because of a VPN or proxy but i dont have any VPN turned on. I cant download new episodes for my flight abroad. It says “error 10013: your account can’t be used at this location” Im from europe, on vacation in Malaysia right now. I cant download any movies or tv shows on my ipad (10gen) or iphone 16. What do i do?
