Getting over nsfw writing shyness?

I’ve written a handful of nsfw works in the past couple years, but I’ve still not gotten over how shy & embarrassed I get while writing them. I usually get a few sentences in before having to go do something else & coming back, and it’s very tedious. Do yall have any ways to deal with this, or do I just have to fight through the feeling? I really do like writing it, it’s fun & I need some sort of outlet for all the ideas I have lmao.
