can you apply to college if you take the session in oct/nov

I gave my three subs in teh may june session, but cause of what happened i'm going to be regiving in oct nov cause math was never my strongest suit. But you get the result in january, so will I have to take a gap year since college applications close in the beginning of january (i want to apply abroad), or would i have to show all three grades of may june (Not looking forward to the math grade) or is there someway i can show just two of them?
