[MEGATHREAD] 'THE FUNNIEST MUSICAL OF ALL TIME'
Things are heating up this summer
TL;DR: The New York Times simply calls it “the best musical of this century.”
Created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the award-winning creators of South Park, and Robert Lopez, two-time EGOT winner for Best Original Songs from the musicals Frozen and Coco and Tony Award-winning co-creator of Avenue Q, this smash hit Broadway musical comedy opened at the Eugene O’Neill Theatre in New York in the spring of 2011 and has gone on to become one of the most successful musicals of all time.
