These are the min. specs required to run games under Unity Engine
If you don't know, everyone should be playing under the new Unity Engine by the end of this week. Like many other softwares, Unity also has minimum spec requirements. Below are not endorsed by the dev, but I pulled it from "Unity Player system requirements" from Unity website. I'll start with the one shared by the dev, followed by Unity's.
Note: Only iOS and Android are listed. PC's requirments can be found in the link.

How to check for CPU or Graphics API version if you're using old or budget models (of Android):
Google the term for: <Model Of Your Device> OpenGL. The first few results should tell you your version.
Another Note: meeting the minimum requirements nicely doesn't mean MPQ will run smoothly, especially for RAM requirement because there are background process being run frequently that will eat up your RAM.
Dev
"General idea: Any device within the last few years with 3+GB of RAM should be able to run the game pretty much fine. Obviously subject to other specs, some wacky handsets exist with lots of RAM but chipsets from 2012. Anything with 1-2 GB RAM is going to be rough, and depending on the device, we may well end up having to blacklist individual devices. It's a fact of life in Unity-land that very low memory devices just have issues with the engine."
From Unity website:
Android
OS version: 6.0 (API 23)+.
Customized versions of Android must include all supported Google standard APIs.
CPU: ARMv7 with Neon Support (32-bit) or ARM64. Almost all ARMv7-based ("32-bit") Android devices support Neon, including all devices that shipped with API level 21 or later.
Graphics API: OpenGL ES 3.0+, Vulkan
Ram: 1 GB+
Others: Hardware must be running Android OS natively. Android within a container or emulator isn’t supported.
iOS/iPadOS
OS version: 13+
CPU: A8 SoC+
Graphics API: Metals
Others: Xcode version 15+
