Nothing phone 3

So im thinking about getting the phone (3) for Christmas which is usually when the prises drop, although i have some questions for those who have the phone or just knows in general.

1. Even though there arent glyphs is there still a glyph flashlight with the matrix?
2. is the camera even good at 60x
3. is it even worth it?

I have the phone (2) at the moment although i really want the better camera and the matrix along with longer updates, and i dont really want to switch phone brands because I'm already use to nothing and other phones from, say, Samsung has always been too laggy and overwhelming for me. So what do you guys think, shouti get it it? is it worth it?
