Razer Naga Chroma not recognised

Hi all,

Hoping someone can help me with this as it’s driving me insane. I’ve had a Razer naga chroma mouse for a while now, and when it works it’s brilliant. However every now and then, it will disconnect from my PC and when I put the usb back into my computer it will just say “usb device not recognised”.

When this happens the mouse goes completely dead, not even the lights on the mouse come on. This happens seemingly at random, and then I will leave it for a few days/weeks and try it again and it will randomly work, until it dies again.

I’ve tried to search for people having similar issues but have never found a fix, hoping someone in here can point me in the right direction.
