Would moving from "_____ Manager" to "_____ Lead" look bad on my CV?

Context!

I'm looking to move jobs, but on a non-urgent basis due to potential risks at my company in the future

The potential role I have found is definitely a step up from my current role, despite the job title looking like a step down. This is because my current company is small, I actually don't manage any people - just the function. The new company is bigger so would be managing people, and also have a much clearer path for future internal progression. It also pays more.

But I'm concerned how this would look on my CV, my current career trajectory has been quite linear: support -> officer -> analyst -> manager
