How to download hi-res textures? (Steam)

I didmt download when prompted cause I wanted to see if the game worked first. The pop-up said I could download it later, but I dont see anyway to do that either on steam, or in the launcher?

There's a box for using hi-res data, but it doesn't prompt a download.
