If you have issues with sound check on the Windows App, disable Dolby Atmos

So I had this issue where some songs were playing in the 70-74dB range at 60 volume in windows settings and some at 48 volume. I've seen that only those with the Dolby Atmos sign were quieter so I deactived it, then restarted the app and now they are at the same volume
