[TOMT] [MOVIE] about a group of friends (i think) trying to survive a family killing them in a house

I Barely remember anything from this movie but its in a 2 story house, the friends (i think) are upstairs trying to survive and the murder/family (i think) are downstairs, one of the family members gets shot and is dying and at the end they leave in some trailer thing. Thats all i literally remember lol
