It's 4:45AM and I can't sleep because my AC has been cycling on and off for hours

I'm at my wits end. This machine is less than a month old. Not all the time, but very often, it will go through these incessant fan cycles. After about a minute of blasting air, it will ramp down and barely blow any air out. Then after a few more minutea of low fan, the machine will beep and go back to blasting air again.

Over and over and over.

It's absolutely impossible to sleep due to the inconsistent and often loud beeps and noises. Turning it off and on does nothing — wtf is happening???
