Maurten bicarb "system" alternative?

Hi all,

I want to try out this whole baking sodium / sodium bicarbonate supplementation. Maurten seem to be the ones championing their new system as just pure baking soda is meant to cause more GI issues than their delivery system. They are currently sold out and of course they are very expensive.

So, does anyone have any DIY alternatives or alternative sellers?

I'm also just curious about people's experience and how they use it?
