Ex messaged me off a dating app after months of no contact.

Okey, for clarification I did not go on this app for him I actually went on here to at least find a boyfriend after a long time of not dating.

But i was on the app for 2 days, then I woke up the next day after texting a few people getting to know them and then I seen my ex message me. Saying “ hey 😅 “

I didn’t reply, this guy when we dated would push me to the side, not communicate with me, would be on this same dating/friend app when we were together, etc

And he wanted me to come back. I was able to get out of that dark place after mourning him because I cared for him. I even checked up on him in the hospital because I cared and obviously that wasn’t enough for him.

So I never replied and I have now deleted the app not ever finding a partner.

Any thoughts or questions guys I’m open to hearing them all.
