sexual battery?

location: Georgia

so i have this dude that I’ve been sleeping with. I’ve been very adamant about him wearing protection. I’ve only had sex with him this year. My question about being able to sue him for sexual battery (if tests are positive) comes from a night that we didn’t have penetration but he did rub his you know what on my you know what unprotected. He has a history of coercion and it’s documented in our texts. I am now worried about contracting HSV/HPV as I’m showing signs and am planning on getting tested later today. I don’t know if this counts as sexual battery or if i can even sue him for emotional damages and suffering. Would love to hear opinions. (yes im stupid. I KNOW)
