Went to clean my fans and change silicones of my cpu, now my asus tuf FA507R Hiccups

Yesterday around 3pm I went to have my laptop serviced, like cleaning the fans, changing the silicones and stuff because it was overheating and at first it was alright, it was good. It had a problem which it'd freeze when I unplugged it. It was partially fixed because I still have battery issue. But right after I got home, my cursor started Hiccupping and the loading blue ring started appearing even theres nothing to process under my white cursor and its very annoying. Now my whole pc is lagging despite not even opening anything and it just hiccups on very frequent occasions like 4 to 7 seconds. Whats the problem? Did they do a terrible job at servicing my laptop? or is it a software issue now? Do i need to make a whole backup for my pics and vids and games and redownload win11?
Please help its pissing me off.
