How do colleges transfer ap credits?

Hello, I got 3 in ap chemistry which gives me credit for chem 1211k at ksu, so i can take 1212k this semester. but next year i want to transfer to Georgia tech which doesnt give credit for 3 in ap chem but requires both chem 1211 and 1212 for transfer. now will they give me credit for 1211 or should i take it this semester instead of 1212.
