I had a child in May. Do I reapply to a new plan?

Do I apply for something now that I'm a parent? I'm always so confused with Student Loan stuff. It's like they change the "what you're supposed to do" and rules every 5 minutes.

I'm on SAVE with PSLF. Married, wife is a low earner, just had a baby in May.

Absolutely confused as to what a next step should even be.

Before the period of whacky government debates, they failed to count several of my payments towards PSLF. Doubt any of that will ever happen.
