untradable gem problem
Has anyone encountered the issue where they inserted a prismatic gem into an untradeable arcana on terrorblade, then broke the arcana and ended up with a gem that can't be sold or trade? What can be done about this? Can i buy a tradeable arcana on TB, insert the gem, and then break the arcana to make the gem sellable again? i contacted steam support, but they didn’t give me any clear answer. Honestly, this feels like some kind of scam by Valve I spent my money but can’t sell the gem
