How to help a family of five with a newborn?

We have a great neighbours! They have 4 kids aged 10 to 3 and a new baby on her way. They are super nice and helpful and supportive to us so I want to do something nice for them! I remember how tired and exhausted I was first 6 month (my baby is 11mo but I’m still exhausted lol). I was thinking about something like prepared and frozen food… but they are vegan so I’m not sure what to cook… I’m also not sure what is needed when you have such a big family if needed at all😅 The other problem is that we might be on vacation on a baby’s birthday, so things like entertaining kids unfortunately is not an option. Maybe you can give me some ideas!
