Jaguar x type (2007) doors not opening

I have a jaguar x type estate 57 reg, and the passenger front and rear doors both do not open from the inside or outside ? I have seen some repair advice but most of it is assuming I can open the door from one way or the other , but they’re both stuck shut I’ve tried using lubricants already to no avail. Thanks
