Ping is going crazy for no reason

everytime i play Fortnite on my xbox (Yes with wireless wifi) i get ping 20-30 but theres random spikes and packet losses for no reason, I've been playing on pc and phone my ping was around 30 on every game except for fortnite, what do i do?
