Harrow Health RTC is a JOKE.

Rant/Vent

I know I'm not the only one suffering trying to deal with these people. On monday I had my first checkup after a month of medication. In this checkup, the clinician told me they would increase my lisdex dosage to 50mg. When I asked when I would receive the code to bring to the pharmacy, I was told I would receive it the same day. It is now Thursday. I have taken (unpaid!) time off work just to sit on hold with them, along with both parents also on hold with them, and cannot get through. I am going to travel the 3 hours drive to go to the clinic in person later today to sort this out. This is medical neglect, I have enough medication for one more day. The amount of stress and anxiety the prospect of going without medication has brought is making concentration at work nigh impossible and affecting the quality of my work. How in gods name can they in all good faith take on so many patients if they don't have the resources to allocate to them? What a JOKE of a service, I will be switching to private, it just isn't worth the stress going through this.
