Is M6W1 Nekomata worth building?

Got my 7th copy of Neko and now I wonder if she's worth building at this point. I usually use Piper + Burnice/Vivian for phys stages and I now have Yuzuha, so I'm not really sure about Neko. I also have Qingyi and Astra.
