I wanna handle a spider at some point; what spiders are best to do this with and any advice?

Just what the title says: I love spiders and usually when I relocate spiders I use a cup and a piece of paper and when I find them outside I just admire. I'm wondering which spiders are the most docile and which ones I should leave alone. I live in Iowa, United States. I obviously know I should leave Brown Recluses and Black Widows alone (although I don't think we get many of those in Iowa anyway but I have familiarized myself with their patterns.) I also know I should avoid picking up spiders and rather let them crawl onto my hand if they choose to. Thanks spidey friends! 🕷💖
