Itinerary Feedback requested (Nov/Dec)

Question

Hello, I recently booked my flights to Tokyo for 2025, and have been trying to plan an itinerary. I would really appreciate any thoughts or feedback for the below:

(FYI, I am a relatively young man travelling solo and without a car, who likes walking, and doesn't mind long days, but they can start getting exhausting if there's too many of them consequently)

Day 1 - Arrive at Narita 4:30pm, Narita to Asakusa train, hotel check-in
Day 2 - Tokyo - Sensoji, Kappabashi Kitchen street, Akihabara, Hitachino Brewing Lab, Kanda Myoujin Shrine
Day 3 - Tokyo - Shitamachi museum, Tokyo National Museum, Shinkansen to Osaka
Day 4 - Osaka - Osaka museum of housing and living, Osaka castle (outside only), Osaka Museum of History, Dotonbori
Day 5 - Kyoto - Arashiyama Forest, Monkey Park, Tenryu-ji (maybe)
Day 6 - Kyoto - Fushimi Inari, Gekkeikan Okura Sake Museum, Fushimi-Momoyama-jō Castle
Day 7 - Kyoto - Nishiki Market, Sanjusangendo, Kiyomizu Dera, Sannenzaka
Day 8 - Kyoto - Nijo Castle, Kyoto Imperial Palace, Kanji Museum Kyoto, Shinkansen to Tokyo (Shinjuku)
Day 9 - Hakone day trip (bus tour)
Day 10 - Tokyo - Meiji Jingu Shrine & Ginkgo avenue, Shinjuku Gyoen, Tokyo Metropolitan Gov Bldg No. 1 observatory + light projection show
Day 11 - Nezu Museum, Shibuya scramble scrossing, Shinjuku to Narita commute, depart from Narita at 6:30pm

Any general feedback is welcome, but I was particularly thinking about these items/questions:
#1: Is this itinerary too tight (could consider skipping Osaka, Arashiyama or Hakone)? Any major issues you see?
#2: Would you order the cities differently or does that not matter too much?
#3: Shinkansen between Tokyo and Kyoto (to and fro) feels a bit a bit expensive + the Hakone trip I'm planning to do. I wanted to do Shinkansen once, and the night bus the other time. But this is proving to be really inconvenient, as I would have checked out of the hotel, and done sight-seeing in the morning/afternoon, to then have to sit and wait for the night bus for several hours. Is there any other reasonable way to do this (Flights add so much extra time to commute to and from the airports + time for security-check, boarding etc.).

Thanks a lot for your help!
