Roofing contracts/proposal question

Looking for advice for contracts for my business. I have been with a very small old school company with everything or at least 99% being paper & pen. Paper contracts, check payments, etc. It seems to work, but I’m just wondering if I should try and just do that or is there another way that people have found to be better or more efficient seeing as it seems majority of people don’t even know how to write checks anymore. Would it make any sense or just stick with paper for now seeing as I will be starting small? Also any websites or companies that are recommended for writing up contracts. I have seen little premade booklets of like 100 contracts on Amazon, any good?
