Switzerland Trip

I want to travel to Switzerland for a week and am wondering what's the best way to travel?

1. Flight, buy a Swiss travel pass and use public transport OR

2. Car

I wanted to drive due to the ease of getting around to many places but would it be worth it? Has anyone that had travelled to Switzerland by car be willing to share their experience please?
