Got TMobile Home Internet - Couple devices will NOT connect.

I got signed up for TMobile Home Internet and its working great for 99% of what I own, there are a couple devices that will not connect either to 2.4GHz or 5GHz. I plug in password and the device attempt to connect and then fail. Any idea what is going on? These devices will connect to other networks just fine, just not the network built into the TMobile modem/router.
