Would new copies of items added via console command scale with your level? Or are they locked to whenever you first found it?

I enjoy doing quests as I find them, and I don't have any issues with getting reward items at lower levels with lower stats.

However, I'm curious if I use the console command to add copies of such unique items much later on, when I am at higher levels, would the new copies scale with my new level? Or will they stay locked in at the level I first acquired the original item?
