Reccomendations for Anyone or anything that can tweak my pc

I’ve got the pc to run Tarkov but yk it’s Tarkov, looking for someone who tweaks specifically for Tarkov or has done it before. Specs

Gigabyte x670 Aourus elite ax 32gb ddr5 6400 Ryzen 9 9950x 4070ti (ik bottleneck, just had a once in a lifetime deal for the newest cpu) 1080p 240hz is what I play on monitor wise.

Any reccomendations please lmk
