Looking for Mt. Seymour lap recommendation

I just did Mt. Fromme yesterday, my first taste of the north shore trail, it was a lot of fun!

Did Boblsed twice as a warm-up, and then went for my Floppy Bunny. Got towed by two awesome gentlemen at 7th Secret and made my way down Expresso to Lower Digger.

I planning to hit Seymour tomorrow and I am looking for a lap/route recommendation. Might try CBC and Cambodia depending on how my first lap goes.
