Edge Dancer 2nd kick not working

I played this morning and it worked fine, now my 2nd kick won’t work it doesn’t give me the option to grapple anyone it’ll just act like i’m supposed to. i reset my ps5 and it’s still not working <\3 4 games in a row now. is it working for anyone else on console?
