Backhand Blade Bleed Build

Looking for advice on how to allocate my stats for a backhand bleed build. I figure dex 60, arcane 45, vigor 40 - 50, endurance 20 - 25, and the rest in strength?

Thanks for any advice. Also on a side note it's crazy how OP bloodhound blade still is with jumping R2s. On my third playthrough and I forgot how much it trivializes most of the game, especially with mimic tear.
