I've been thinking about the "Let's Talk: The Role of Collaboration in IndustrialMinds" initiative, and it strikes me how fundamentally necessary that collaboration is for progress in the sector right now. Complex projects require diverse skill sets and perspectives, and simply siloing expertise within individual companies feels increasingly archaic.

Instead of viewing other firms as just competitors,thinking of them as potential collaborators on specific projects – sharing knowledge and resources to achieve a common goal – could unlock significant innovation and efficiency gains.
