Bombers no longer bombing glitch

This only started happening in the last couple updates but is getting worse.

I've been having this happen over and over again where my Jaguars and Tornado's fly over target and refuse to drop payload, instead they pass by and fly around for another loop where they either get shot down by enemy fighters or they miss their drop by about 3-4 miles.

Anyone else having this problem?
