Should I immediately become an Affiliate?

Same question as everyone else brand new, is it WORTH it to immediately become an affiliate with the lower requirements introduced a month ago?

With 6 average viewers, and 30 followers, it doesn't seem like the wisest idea to start introducing ads to my community - even if the game I play has perfect downtime for mid-rolls.

Would waiting for more growth before starting my first Affiliate stream be a healthier idea? (Something I've heard is waiting for some of your concurrent fans to actually ask if they can sub or if your average viewer count is >20)
