My gcode commands are suddenly too long for my core one?

“G-code command was too long and did not fit in internal buffers. As a result, it may have been executed correctly.”

I tried power cycling the printer and re-generating the orca pressure advance calibration with defaults, but I still get this error. I ran this calibration with no trouble on the same orca install a few days ago so I don’t have any reason to blame the slicer, I don’t think?
