Plugged in all night, only 6% charge

Hi, just found this sub. I have a Grand Cherokee 4xe.

I've had it a few months and I love it, but now as of two days ago it won't hold a charge.

It's been reliable up to now and I haven't changed anything. Plug it in at night, the charge lights on the dash blink like usual, but in the morning instead of the usual 90+% it's only at 6%.

I do have a schedule on but I was there when it triggered last night and I watched the charging start like usual.

What should I do next? Thanks!!!
