What is your favourite beach in the North East (I'm including North Yorkshire)?

I've only been to Redcar, Whitby, Seaton Carew, Scarborough and Saltburn. I like different elements of all of them. Saltburn has Saltburn cliff and the smugglers den. I love the seal sands in Seaton Carew. Redcar has a decent highstreet and good restaurants. Whitby has the best cafe's, some of the best coffee I've tasted and their chippy's are elite. I don't really remember much of Scarborough tbh. I'd probably go with Redcar. How about you? What makes it your favourite?

The reason I included North Yorkshire is because I live in Teesside which is on the border of North Yorkshire and Durham and I'm hoping to find more travel spots or areas in places I've already been to explore.
