Reg Durga Puja Process

Need help from you guys.

My housing society is organising Durga Puja this year for the first time. The puja will be held in the community hall and there will not be any pandal. It is a small-medium housing society.

None of us have any idea if we need police permission or any other permission for the event.

Can you guys help us out with the requisite permission needed and how to obtain it.
