TSA wait times before 8:10am flight

Any locals have any advice about how early I actually need to be at the BWI airport for a flight at 8:10am on a Sunday morning? My sister in law likes to get to the airport 3 hours early and that feels excessive. I plan to catch a different shuttle from our hotel by the airport but wanted to get advice from people who are more familiar with this airport before scheduling the shuttle.

I’m from Denver and usually arrive 90 minutes before my flights and still have time to relax before boarding. Is BWI similar??
