CNY R1 Help

Hey yall, I’m posting for my husband because he doesn’t have an account, nor do I know if this is the right place to post or not (I’m going to post in a local group too) but if anyone id from the NYS area, my husband needs advice flash tune to remove an O2 sensor for his 2016 R1.
