Jesus' body and blood are memorialized in the Passover seder: the unleavened bread and the cup of salvation. Jesus is the Paschal lamb who was slain from the foundation of the world.

To the creator of the foregoing comment, I write:

According to a passage of the fourth gospel, Jesus was crucified when it was the preparation day of Passover. If he was crucified then, the last supper was not a meal of Passover.
